We have both Full Time and Part Time trainers who work exclusively with us. We train them every month, and actually work on developing content with them on a month on month basis.
We select trainers on their areas of specialty and every one of them is a specialist in their chosen field. All our trainers are qualified and tenured in their respective field and have worked at least in the middle management category, which makes them relevant to the material they are presenting.
Most of our Senior trainers also take pride in having worked and trained regionally: offering you expertise and best practices from within the industry, as well as corporates in general.
We also have the choice of having trainers who have worked in both corporates and NGOs as well as in government establishments: enabling you to choose from an eclectic mix of personalities and expertise.

THE TEAM
All our trainers are subject matter experts in their chosen areas. Trainers are segmented based on the levels they train and based on the practical experience and exposure they have in the chosen area. As such, the trainer we offer you will be both knowledgeable and experienced in the areas they train on.
