His quick climb at Holborn Assets Ltd. and the experience gained at leading insurance companies had crafted him to become an upcoming leader in the corporate sector. Several senior leadership positions held at non-profit and community development organizations and at an international business referral organization (BNI) had made him an individual with a diverse background of education and exposure.

He is currently in the Business Manager category at Softlogic Life Insurance PLC. He had been a Non-Executive Director at the International Youth Alliance for Peace (IYAP), and a Multiple Council Director of the Leo Club District 306 (Sri Lanka) and currently he is Director Consultant at Business Network International (BNI) and heads the National Training Team of BNI, Sri Lanka.
